UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery Time: Next working day.

Charges:

• Orders under £60.00 (including VAT): £6.99
• Orders of £60.00 or more (including VAT): Free delivery

Heavy Goods: Some heavy items (e.g., coping stones, large covers, heating units, dehumidifiers, wooden pools, etc.) may incur additional delivery charges. These charges are either included in the displayed price or calculated separately, with costs communicated to you.

Long Items: Items over 1.2m in length may require up to 2 working days for delivery.

Special Areas: Deliveries to certain areas in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight may incur extra carriage charges.

Delivery Services: Deliveries are typically handled by APC, DHL, DX, Royal Mail, or pallet line services. For items shipped directly from suppliers, alternate courier services may be used.

Overseas Deliveries: If your order requires overseas shipping, we will contact you with any additional shipment charges.

Important Delivery Notes

• Leave Safe Option: If you request a "leave safe" delivery, we will not be liable for any damage or loss of goods.
• Failed Deliveries:
  • If delivery is attempted twice and no one is available to receive the goods, the delivery will be deemed failed. You may need to collect the goods from the local depot, and additional charges may apply.
  • If the goods are returned to us due to failed delivery, additional charges will apply for the return and re-delivery.
  • If you no longer require the goods after a failed delivery, a minimum administration fee may be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.
• Special Delivery Instructions: If the delivery is a gift or required by a specific date, include special instructions in the "Delivery Notes" field at checkout.
• Spare Items: Orders including spare parts or special-order items may be delayed until all items are available and will then be shipped on a next-day delivery.

Delivery Schedule

• Stocked Items: Over 99% of orders placed by 11am are dispatched the same day for overnight delivery. However, this is not guaranteed as it depends on the courier service.
• Non-Stocked Items: Special-order or out-of-stock items may take longer, depending on availability.
• Timed Delivery: Special or timed deliveries can be arranged upon request, with prices available on application.
• Liability: We do not accept responsibility for delays, damage, or consequential loss caused by courier delays or damaged goods.

Checking Your Delivery

Important:

• Always sign for your delivery as UNCHECKED if you are unable to inspect the package immediately.
• If there is any damage, sign for it as DAMAGED.
• If an item is damaged but not signed for as such, we cannot claim compensation from the courier.
• If you discover damage later, and the delivery was signed as "received in good condition," couriers will not accept responsibility, and you may be charged for replacements.

By completing your order, you agree to these terms and commit to checking your delivery upon receipt.

Solar Covers

Stocked Solar Covers: Delivery within 1-3 working days depending on size. Tracking codes will be provided once dispatched.

Custom-Made Solar Covers: Require 15-20 working days for production and delivery. Once dispatched, a notification email will confirm the delivery date. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for deliveries to the Highlands and Ireland.
