    Found the same product for less at a UK competitor? We’d love to match it! Just fill out the price match form below, or give us a ring on 0333 900 4040.

    When you get in touch, please have the following details ready:

    • Product name (and colour)
    • Competitor’s company name
    • Competitor’s website (URL)
    • Competitor’s price (including postage & packaging)
    • Your name
    • Your email address
    • Your phone number

    We’ll take care of the rest—quickly and painlessly!

    Terms & Conditions

    • Exact Match: The product must be brand new and identical in style, specifications, size, and colour, and sold under the same terms.
    • UK Competitors Only: Our Price Match applies to competitors in mainland UK and UK-based websites. It does not apply to factory outlets, membership clubs, duty-free shops, home shopping channels, auction sites, market stalls, private sales, or liquidation/closing down/insolvency sales.
    • In Stock: Both the competitor and 1st Direct Pools must have the item in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
    • No Errors or Discounts: Price matches won’t apply to typographical errors, affiliate links, promo/voucher codes, media discounts, or other retailers’ price match promotions that include extra rebates or benefits.
    • Verification Required: We must be able to verify the competitor’s lower price to our satisfaction.
    • All-Inclusive Price: The competitor’s price must include all taxes (including VAT), postage, and packing charges.
    • At Time of Purchase: Price Match is only valid before you buy—we can’t apply it after your transaction is complete.
    • Our Discretion: All Price Match decisions are made at the discretion of 1st Direct Pools.
