    We're dedicated to providing you with top-quality products at the most competitive prices. If you happen to discover the same product offered at a lower price by one of our competitors, we'll do our best to match that price. Our motto is simple: if it's possible, we'll make it happen.

    How to claim:

    If you come across the same product at a lower price from one of our competitors in the UK, you can either fill out our price match form or reach out to us by phone at 0333 900 4040. Please provide us with the following information:

    • Product (including colour)
    • Company to price match
    • Web address to price match
    • Price to price match (inc P&P)
    • Name
    • Email address
    • Phone number

    Terms & Conditions

    • The product should be brand new, matching in style, specifications, size, and color, and available under the same terms.


    • Our Price Match guarantee applies to competitors across mainland UK, including UK websites. However, it excludes factory outlets, membership clubs, duty-free shops, home shopping channels, auction sites, market stalls, private sales, and liquidation (or any other "closing down" or insolvency) sales.

    • The competitor's store or website must have the product in stock and ready for immediate purchase or delivery.

    • We also need to have the product in question in stock.
    • Typographical errors will not be considered. No affiliate, promotional, voucher code, or media discount is applicable. Additionally, any other retailer's price match promotion offering extra rebates or benefits for the matched product is excluded.
    • We need to be able to verify the competitor's lower price to our satisfaction.

    • The matched price should include all applicable taxes (including VAT), postage, and packing charges.


    • The Price Match offer is only valid at the time of purchase; we cannot apply it once the transaction is complete.
    • All Price Match transactions are at the discretion of 1st Direct Pools
    • We reserve the right to withdraw this Price Match offer at any time.
