AquaChek Red Bromine Test Strips Water Balance Made Easy Each strip is formulated for fast and simple testing of four key water conditions: total bromine, pH, total alkalinity and total hardness.

Why Use AquaChek Red Test Strips?

Testing your pool or spa water regularly will help you monitor the condition of the water and maintain the proper levels of bromine and water balance. Just dip an AquaChek Yellow test strip into your pool or spa water, remove it and you get test results immediately! To keep your pool at its best, it's advised to test your pool/hot tub water on a regular basis to ensure its safe and sanitised!

How To Use AquaChek Red Test Strips?

Simply take a test strip from the bottle, dip it into your pool or spa water and pull out immediately. Hold the strip level with the pads facing up for 15 seconds without shaking off the excess water. The test pads change colour depending on the state of the water. Compare the colours with the chart on the bottle to check your results and find out if your waterbalance has changed.

1. Remove one test strip from the bottle and replace the cap securely.
2. Dip the strip into your pool or spa water and remove it immediately.
3. Hold the strip level with the pads facing upwards for 15 seconds.
4. Do not shake excess water from the strip.
5. Immediately compare the colours on the test pads with the colour chart on the bottle.
6. If a colour falls between two colour blocks, estimate the result accordingly.

For best results, keep the bottle closed securely after removing a strip and store the test strips in a cool, dry place. Keep the drying agent in the bottle to help maintain the test strips.

These test strips will test for the following:

• Bromine
• pH
• TA - Total Alkalinity
• TH - Total Hardness
