One of the most popular chemicals for sanitising and ensuring your pool is safe and clean for bathing.
200g Stabilised Chlorine Tablets are designed to slowly dissolve over a period of 3-5 days, depending on the water flowing over them. As they release chlorine relatively slowly, it may be necessary to shock dose prior to their first use to establish a chlorine level more rapidly.
200g Stabilised Chlorine Tablets can be used in floating dispensers and chemical feeders
Never mix Pool Chemicals
Always wear PPE when using Pool Chemicals and thoroughly wash your hands afterwards
Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of Children & Pets and out of direct sunlight.
Traditionally these have been placed in skimmers which we do not recommend. When the pump is off high levels of chlorine can get in and around the skimmer making them brittle and bleaching pool surfaces Also putting tablets in the skimmer basket is very dangerous. High concentration of chlorine can be harmful to small children or even worse if a tablet is removed and eaten it could prove fatal.

WARNING – DO NOT ADD DIRECTLY TO A POOL AND ALWAYS USE A CLEAN APPLICATOR AS BELOW WITH NO OTHER PRODUCTS PRESENT.
Skimmer: Place one tablet in the skimmer basket per 45,450 litres (10,000 gallons) and adjust tablet numbers as necessary to take account of your water flow to achieve 1–3 mg/l (ppm) relatively consistently.
Floating Dispenser: Fill the floating dispenser with tablets and adjust the aperture mechanism at the bottom of the dispenser to obtain the 1–3 mg/l (ppm) desired range. Alternatively keep the dispenser aperture constant and vary the tablets inside to achieve 1–3 mg/l (ppm). The dispenser should be removed from the pool while swimmers are bathing.
Chlorine Feeders: Few feeders take this 200g tablet and the 20g smaller tablet may be required. However, if appropriate, fill the dispenser and follow feeder instruction manuals on flow regulation to maintain 1–3 mg/l (ppm) chlorine levels.
Note: It is recommended that you periodically (e.g. weekly/fortnightly) shock or oxidise your water.
